Abstract
On March 4th, 2022, the Migration & Civil Society line met with Amanda Muñoz de Toro, co-founder and Executive Director of Fenix Aid, an NGO specialised in holistic legal aid for asylum seekers in Greece. The Zoomcast touches upon the current situation of asylum seekers in Greece, the potential future consequences of the New Pact on Migration and Asylum, the lack of political will to trigger the Temporary Protection Directive prior to the Russo-Ukrainian war, as well as the possibilities and limits of pro-migrant strategies of legal mobilisation.
