Abstract
O projeto idoSOS –intertwined voices,do Centro de Investigação em Educação e Formação da Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal (ESE/IPS), decorreu entre setembro de 2020 e outubro de 2021no âmbito da criação de respostas aproblemáticas decorrentes da pandemia originada pelo SARS-Cov-2. Com o objetivo de investigar estratégias intergeracionais eficazes para minorar o isolamento social da população idosa, valorizá-la e reforçar a sua capacidade de enfrentar situações de emergência, procurou-se criar vias para o diálogo e encontro entre jovens e pessoas idosas que resultassem em processos empáticos de apoio e aprendizagem mútuos. Este artigo foca-se nas metodologias e estratégias adotadas, apresentando-se também os resultados do projeto.
