Abstract

Energies of two-electron one-photon transitions from initial double K-hole states and the transition energies of competing processes were computed for low-Z elements. The calculations were done by using the Dirac-Fock method and the transition rates were also evaluated. The results obtained must be compared with experimental work where K holes were obtained using electron bombardment, photoionization and radioactive decay.
