This paper's intention is to present François Rastier textual semantics and Jean-Paul Bronckart interacionism sociodiscursive perspectives' on theme as a linguistic subject. With this in mind, we will show some common epistemological points of view and discuss some inherent notions in both perspectives, reflecting on their applicability. This reflection will be enhanced with an analysis of an advertisement text on wine that presents these perspectives proposals.
