Abstract

Understanding social appropriation in a web environment brings
benefits to the central point of this appropriation and for those who are impacted by this context, the use of webometrics has been increasingly used as a way to measure the impact that a website or a social network generates in the case of the humaniza SUS network (RHS), a study was made of outlinks that are
presented as external addresses in the network posts, and the backlinks that
generate accesses from external sites, together with the use of webometrics, was made use of the methodology of social network analysis (ARS) that implements a visual aspect to the data in order to facilitate its understanding, and demonstrating how the humaniza SUS network is perceived as a source of
information by different institutions, many of them in the health area, just as
these institutions are accessed and referenced by the users of the network.
