Abstract

This article presents CC/BA, an integrated performance an- alyzer for contact centers, which has been designed and implemented using Persistent Contextual Logic Programming methods and tools. We describe the system's architecture, place it in perspective of the existing technology and argue that it provides interesting possibilities in an application area in which timely and accurate performance analysis is critical.
