Abstract
This article presents CC/BA, an integrated performance an- alyzer for contact centers, which has been designed and implemented using Persistent Contextual Logic Programming methods and tools. We describe the system?s architecture, place it in perspective of the exist- ing technology and argue that it provides interesting possibilities in an application area in which timely and accurate performance analysis is critical.
