Abstract

Real-time systems are confidently used by electric drive developers to test control systems and converters. Such systems are called Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) system and Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHiL) system. The application options of these systems are presented. Issues connected with HiL and PHiL requiring study and research are discussed.
