Abstract

Tomás António Garcia Rosado was a Portuguese expeditionary commander and colonial administrator. He served as commander of the Portuguese Expeditionary Corps during and shortly after World War I. After the war, he served as Portuguese ambassador to Great Britain from 1926 to 1934.
