Abstract
Human resource management strategy provides means by which organization enhance their competitiveness and promote efficiency. It develops the work force that helps the organization to achieve its goal and missions. The linkage between business strategy and human resource management strategy lead to better performance for organizations. This paper attempts to discover which human resource strategy is most appropriate based on corresponding business strategies. A modified similarity technique was used in the decision making phase. Results are presented according to the analysis of questionnaires completed by experts in a manufacturing company. Findings confirm that there can be prioritized list of human resource management strategies based on business strategies.
