Abstract
O projecto de Carta Arqueológica Subaquática do Concelho de Lagos, sob a direcção da Camara Municipal de Lagos, ocorreu entre 2006 e 2010 e serviu para identificar e cartografar preliminarmente o património cultural subaquático existente no concelho. Durante a vigência do projecto descobriu‑se cinco naufrágios, diverso património cultural submerso, que permitiu a iniciação de dois projectos separados de investigação e ter uma noção da evolução histórica da interface marítima de Lagos.
The underwater cultural heritage surveys of Lagos’ Municipality, under the purview of the Council of Lagos occur from 2006 to 2010. This project intended to identify and chart existing underwater cultural heritage in the Lagos council waters. During its duration was located five wrecks, isolated artifacts and served has a stepping stone to two child projects and giving a notion.
