In this paper we consider the use of SC-FDE schemes (Single-Carrier with Frequency Domain Equalization) in highly time-varying scenarios and we present an efficient method for estimating the channel evolution when we have significant variations between training blocks. Our performance results show that the proposed method allows significant reduction in the required estimation overheads.
