Abstract

This paper presents the implementation of memristor models in VerilogA. Particular emphasis is given to the modified Biolek memristor model and on its capacity for modeling the nonlinear effects observed in real devices. Results obtained with the implementation of the memristor model using Cadence verilogA compiler are presented.
