Abstract
Whithin the context of Textual Linguistics, this proposal favours the theoretical
framework of the Sociodiscursive Interactionism (Bronckart, [1997] 1999; 2008) and the proposals of Jean-Michel Adam (1999; 2008). This work has as starting point the commentary as an activity and focuses on the lack of theoretical development of the notion of text plan, in particular in relation to the relevance of textual organisers in its marking and the role of the plan in the emergence of types of discourse on the textual surface. In this sense, the aim of this paper is to propose an analysis of the text plan that integrates the thematic content, the mechanisms of textual organization that mark the plan, as well as the emergence of types of discourse. From the analysis of an example of the genre linguistic commentary, we conclude that the emergence of types of discourse and mechanisms of textual organisation are subordinated to the thematic contents which, in turn, are regulated by the genre to which the texts pertain and by the social activities associated with the text. In this sense, the text plan and its features are more or less rigidly pre-determined by the selected genre.
