Abstract
Este artigo procura contribuir para uma melhor compreensão da resistência clandes-tina da cidade de Setúbalao Estado Novo, na segunda metade da década de 1930, tendo como estudo de caso a fábrica de adubos SAPEC. Nesse sentido, analisam-se um conjunto de processos políticos abertos pela PSP de Setúbal e pela PVDE, que motivaram a detenção de mais de uma dezena de trabalhadores daquela empresa, entre 1936 e 1938.
This article seeks to contribute to a better understanding of the clandestine resistance in the city of Setúbal to Estado Novo, during the second half of the 1930s, using the SAPEC fertilizer factory as a case study. Therefore, a set of political processes opened by the PSP of Setúbal and by the PVDE are analyzed, which motivated the detention, between 1936 and 1938, of more than a dozen workers of that company.
