Non-recoverable compliance of bio-modified asphalt bitumen using oil from biodiesel production

Abstract

The bio-oil modified bitumens have presented lower percent recovery and higher non-recoverable compliance (Jnr) during the MSCR tests at 60ºC, indicating the bio-oil addition modify the permanent deformation resistance of the unaged bitumen negatively.
