Abstract

NMR is one of the most versatile techniques for the analysis of molecular interactions. In this review we cover the main techniques and applications of the ligand-observed methods: transfer-NOESY, Saturation Transfer Difference NMR and Diffusion NMR. They have in common that monitoring the signals of the small molecule, used in high excess, allowed to obtain information about the ligand within the transient complex.
