Abstract

This paper presents a framework for rapid distributed application development in mass spectrometry data analysis. The proposed system includes an extensible and flexible workflow that covers the whole data analysis process. This workflow was designed to be easily distributed and parallelized by implementing the underlying framework as a multi-agent system.
