Abstract
The Montejunto anticline (MA) is the first geologic structure of the Lusitanian Basin to be tentatively modelled in digital 3D. Data was collected from seismic interpretation and well logs. Geologic horizon and fault surfaces were created using appropriate 3D modelling software. In the present work is shown the developed methodology for the modelling of the3D surfaces and the difficulties encountered. The built 3D model will be useful to improve the knowledge on the MA and will be easily updated as soon as new data is available.
