Abstract
This paper reports the case-study of a working-class community and the methodological challenges that I had to deal with the process of recollecting feminine oral testimonies about strategies of resistance conducted by working women of the village of Almada, during the dictatorship period of Estado Novo in Portugal (1926-1974).
