Abstract

Prompt expansion of nanotechnology has been in profound application, exclusively for nanoparticles of silver (AgNPs), which have as long as been demonstrated valuable in numerous arenas. Current advancements in the field of nanotechnology and nanoscience profoundly improved the mode we analyze, extravagance, and obstruct numerous infections in entire sides of human life expectancy. AgNPs are quite possibly the well-known vibrant and entrancing nanomaterials among numerous metallic nanomaterials that are utilized in nanomedicines. AgNPs are immobilized on the magnetic polymeric nanotransporters that they display large surface area, have effective uses as antibiotics, and keep an improved antibacterial effect against different bacterial strains. This chapter intends to explain the fundamental mechanism of AgNPs that are liable for their antibacterial action identifying with the microorganisms. In view of the literature search achieved, we likewise discuss the synthesis and properties of magnetic polymeric silver nanocomposites (Ag@Fe3O4NCs).
