Abstract

We will try to assess the presence of the doctor and his place in the medieval culture. Thus, we will travel through the History of Medicine, demonstrating how this science is diluted so harmoniously in the literature. We will give a few examples of French literature from the twelfth century to illustrate the common culture that promotes, even in the current context, the multidisciplinary arts among different traits - so common already in the twelfth century.
