The topic of this contribution is a legal manuscript, conserved actually in the Arras Library (ms. 499 ), on which we can state that it was illustrated and decorated in the South of France, probably in Avignon, in the first half of the fourteenth century by the so-called workshop of Liber de visionis Ezechielis Rotis. Th e discovery of this manuscript enriches the corpus of legal manuscripts connected with Avignon and this important workshop.
