Abstract

This paper proposes a novel topology based on the interleaved H-bridge qZS inverters that is intended for the single-phase photovoltaic systems. The potential benefits are the reduced passive components and improved quality of energy generation. To control the novel topology, a proper modulation technique was developed with the required phase-shifted carriers signals and shoot-through states.
