Abstract

We explored the cross contamination between the textual and visual discourses of the various parties and the television news, highlighting the main rhetorical strategies activated in Instagram and the television narratives. The article aims to contribute to a better understanding of the communicative logics of the parties in a digital environment and to explicit the transformations in the coverage of politics by television newspapers, in hybrid media systems.
