Abstract

This Technical Guide thus presents the 4th generation of the service quality assessment system, which abandons some 3rd generation indicators and adds new ones to meet the most recent challenges faced by the water supply, urban wastewater and urban waste management services. Changes have also been made to the definitions, and some indicators have adjusted benchmark values
