Abstract

The Foreign Press Association in Portugal (AIEP) represents foreign journalists. Founded in 1975, in the aftermath of the revolution of April 1974, it congregated reporters covering the lively end of dictatorship. It promotes regular meetings with Portuguese experts from various fields, organizes working visits, and assigns the Person of the Year Award.
