Abstract

This work reports the resistive switching of transparent active materials incorporated with transparent contact electrodes for system on panel applications. The focus regarding the active materials is on amorphous metal oxides and high k dielectric materials. The stability of the resistive switching behavior under bending conditions is analyzed. The effects of selecting the contact materials on transparency and flexibility are presented. At the end, the device integration approaches are shortly discussed.
