Abstract
The matter of this work is the Leibnizian doctrine on the emergence of the actual world. Indeed, Leibniz aims at conciliating the Christian doctrine of the creation ex nihilo with the Neoplatonic theory of emanation. For Leibniz the divine act of creation does not change the very nature of the best among the possible worlds.
