Abstract
The article focuses on issues of normative interpretation. In the face of
the new challenges posed by technological reality, Criminal Law can (and must)
adapt, albeit with respect for legal-constitutional principles, in particular the principle
of legality. The judgment of the Spanish Supreme Court affirms the evolution of
Criminal Law regarding sexual crimes in virtual space.
