El cuestionamiento del régimen del 78 a la luz de transmisiones y bloqueos en las memorias activistas de la izquierda

In this paper we maintain that the memorialist movement offers an interesting perspective to analyze the Spanish political process of the last half centur. It has been a central social actor in the questioning of the regime of 78, progressively revealing to the new generations both cultural limits in the field of human rights, as well as authoritarian legacies and continuities with the dictatorship that weigh on the quality of Spanish democracy. Its political and legal milestones -fighting against silence and impunity- have brought to light a traumatic dimension of the dictatorial past hitherto ignored, overcoming a cultural information taboo of almost three decades of democracy. By opening the public debate the dispute over the interpretations of the recent past, it has become an important catalyst for recovering and transmitting intergenerational memories of activists, allowing to critically read as past legacies the motto "they don't represent us" of the 15M or the pointing out of the "caste" by political party Podemos.
