Abstract
A Nossa Alegria Chegou (2018) de Alexandra Lucas Coelho é um romance que se posiciona num horizonte de expectativas face ao impacto negativo da ação humana no planeta na era do Antropoceno. Alendabar, espaço totalmente criado ab novo e que não corresponde a nenhuma área geográfica identificável, reifica o impacto da destruição ambiental a que se soma a desumanização resultante de um capitalismo antropofágico e voraz. Esta desumanização concretiza-se, por um lado, na coisificação dos trabalhadores e, por outro lado, na incapacidade de quem detém o poder de sentir empatia pelo seu semelhante. Este artigo discute que em A Nossa Alegria Chegou esta violência apenas pode ser combatida por outras formas de violências que são, em si mesmo, essencialmente regeneradoras. A destruição infligida em Alendabar constrói-se literariamente sobre memórias da exploração, do colonialismo e da opressão que estão presentes na experiência do Sul Global, desenhado e intuído a partir da linha do Equinócio. Nas reminiscências de visões ancestrais e de experiências de saberes vividos no Sul resgata-se o valor humano expresso em toda a sua plenitude através de uma revolução radical e violenta, mas regeneradora sob memória simbólica da antropofagia ritualística. Eduardo Viveiros de Castro (2002) afirmou que a antropofagia de Oswald de Andrade é uma reflexão metacultural que produziu uma teoria verdadeiramente revolucionária. Em A Nossa Alegria Chegou, é através das imagens dos corpos devorados e libertos que se chega à ressignificação do antropos como parte da utopia do amor físico, real e inteiro.

This dehumanization is reflect, on theone hand, in the objectification of the workers and, on the other hand, in the in-capacity of those who have the power to feel empathy for their fellowmen. Thisarticle discusses how, inA Nossa Alegria Chegou, this violence can only be comba-ted by other forms of violence which are, in themselves, essentially regenerating.The destruction inflicted on Alendabar is built literarily on memories of exploita-tion, colonialism and oppression that are present in the experience of the GlobalSouth, designed and sensed from the line of the equinox. In the reminiscences ofancestral visions and experiences of wisdom of the south, the human essence, ex-pressed in all its fullness is recovered through a radical and violent but regene-rating revolution, under the symbolic memory of ritualistic anthropophagy.
