Abstract
Organizations must succeed in Information Systems (IS) projects since they strongly influence their present and future. In this context, evaluating success is essential for good management, requiring well-defined criteria and procedures. Over the past decades, several studies focused on success criteria have been developed. However, there is still the need for an integrative and unified perspective on these contributions. This article proposes a framework of criteria for evaluating success in IS projects based on the results of a structured literature review. The main contribution is thus the compilation and organization of the success criteria in the CrEISPS framework to assist researchers and professionals in studying and defining success criteria for evaluating IS projects.
