Abstract
An overview is given of the construction of a gas-solid adsorption apparatus using a low budget. It is shown that using this apparatus, the same adsorbent areas are obtained relative to using a commercial instrument, an ASAP 2010 by Micromeritics. Furthermore, a useful and easy-to-handle program is also introduced. The program allows calculation of all the necessary steps to draw the adsorption isotherm while the experiment is taking place in the adsorption cell into one lab session.
