title = "Conceptual Modeling of Gender-Inclusive Requirements",
abstract = "As technologies revolutionize the way we live, overlooking gender perspectives in the development of digital solutions results in gender-biased technology that, instead of advancing gender inclusion, creates new barriers in achieving it. This paper proposes a conceptual model for gender inclusion in software development. We started by performing a systematic mapping study to gather the relevant concepts from the existing body of knowledge. This served as groundwork for the definition of a conceptual model of gender-inclusive requirements.",
