Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapterpeer-review

Abstract

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) has been shown to be beneficial to companies and their workforce. However, what impact do both internal CSR initiatives, such as good working conditions and career opportunities, and external CSR initiatives, such as philanthropy and reducing the company’s environmental footprint, have on employee performance? This research insight explores the impact these internal and external CSR have on three dimensions - employee satisfaction, employee commitment, and employee performance.
