Abstract
Plant location has strong long term and short term influence of the business of each company. Different criteria must be taken into account in order to make this vital decision. Given the nature of the problem, it can be regarded as a multi criteria decision making problem. This study proposes a mixed approach containing the combination of techniques decision making trial and evaluation laboratory, graph theory, and matrix approach to accurately select the plant location. The proposed approach is practically tested in a case study where the outcome of the proposed approach is preferred over those of TOPSIS.
