Abstract
Understanding the particularities of cyberspace is a crucial condition for Criminal Law to provide an appropriate answer to the new risks posed by this context. Our goal is to discuss whether inherent risks of cyberspace call for a distinctive evaluative and categorical treatment for the assessment and attribution of criminal responsibility, which will necessarily involve the adjustment of some dogmatic constructions and, in our opinion, its consideration as a space of reinforced criminal risk.
