Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

Buyer-supplier dyads are distinguished among other relationships of the supply chain as the simplest for of interaction, which allows achieving competitive synergy to compete with another dyads, networks or chains. Though, buyer-supplier activity is affected by business interoperability problems. Those hinder the dyad's performance and value created to the final customer. In an attempt to solve this problem, the present article proposes an integrated tool to identify and solve those problems following a comprehensive approach of the dyad's interaction at organizational, knowledge and technical perspectives of interoperability.
