Abstract

RESUMO: Leitura e análise comparativas dos bestiários em algumas obras de Gabriel García Márquez, Horacio Quiroga, José Cardoso Pires e Miguel Torga. Enquadramento teórico do termo literário “tema”, sua articulação com “mito” e alguns tópicos referentes à zoosemiótica antropológica. Reflexão crítica sobre a relação entre o homem e os demais animais e a cultura como parte da natureza. A linguagem teriomórfica como discurso irónico e de crítica ao comportamento humano individualizado e em comunidade. Inventariação, descrição e articulação simbólica de alguns dos animais dos bestiários dentre as obras dos autores, atendendo aos aspectos mencionados.
ABSTRACT: Comparative analysis regarding the bestiaries in some works of Gabriel García Márquez, Horacio Quiroga, José Cardoso Pires and Miguel Torga. Theoretical contextualization on thematology and its connection with myth; correlation with anthropological zoosemiotics. Critical reflection about the relationship between humans and other animals, and culture as part of nature. Theriomorphic language as ironic and critical discourse on human behaviour (in individuals and in regard to its community).
Description and symbolic connection between some of the animals of the bestiaries within the works of the authors, regarding the aforementioned aspects.
