Abstract
The figure of a ten-year-old girl dressed as a ballerina begging at a stoplight is the reflection starting point about the discourse of valuing creativity and art in contemporary society. Raising questions about which bias of art and, in this case, specifically dance, has been adopted in social projects, the text brings about the comprehension of the tragic greek art in Nietzche, whose potential would be to bring together art, life and knowledge, strengthening man to life's adversities. Hannah Arendt, Giorgio Agamben and Peter Pál Pelbart broaden the debate with their concepts of survival and collective life. Keywords: Dance, Art, Life Potency, Artistic and Pedagogical Procedure
