Abstract
Energy harvesting is a technology which consists in extracting energy from the environment. In this paper, a boost cross-coupled DC-DC converter is designed with a 130 nm CMOS technology. The circuit is analysed with two different input sources, oscillators and configurations. This analysis intends to pin down the combination with enables the circuit to achieve the highest efficiency. Moreover, both oscillators operate at 1 MHz and both input sources, which mimic an energy harvesting source, produce 0.6 V.
