An advanced Paget's disease of the vulva, with invasion of part of the pubic region and adjacent right thigh (F.I.G.O. stage III) was successfully treated by cryovulvectomy. The resulting extensive ulceration healed by second intention with a moderate and smooth scar. Eighteen months after cryovulvectomy, the patient is well and without signs of recurrence.
