Abstract
Esse artigo pretende discutir as relações entre teatro e internet. Apresentaremos alguns exemplos desta relação como espaço de pesquisa, divulgação e criação discutindo o tensionamento ontológico que a introdução da presença virtual do espectador exerce sobre a arte teatral, alterando sua forma de existir no tempo e no espaço. Nos interessa contribuir para o entendimento do teatro contemporâneo – produzido em nossa sociedade atual marcada pela imersão no universo digital – que busca dialogar com a internet, suas possibilidades, estruturas e conexões. Para isso analisamos criticamente quatro experiências teatrais neste campo oriundas da Espanha, Argentina e Brasil. A partir dessa análise discutimos a questão da reprodutibilidade do teatro via internet através das propostas de Walter Benjamim.
This article discusses the relationship between theater and internet. We present someexamples of this relationship as space of research, dissemination and creation discussingthe ontological tension that introducing the virtual audience presence has onthe theatrical art, changing its form of existence in time and space. Our interesting iscontribute to the understanding of contemporary theater – produced in our currentsociety marked by immersion in the digital world - seeking to engage with the internet,its capabilities, structures and connections. For that critically examine four theatricalexperiences in this field coming from Spain, Argentina and Brazil.
