Abstract
This paper contains some summary notes about one of the pre-contractual duties: the duty of information. It begins by a short frame of the situation in the Laws closer to the Portuguese one. The main components of the duty of information are referred and it doesn't miss - more relevant point in the literature about the subject - examples of situations where this duty doesn't exist in the negotiations.
