N2 - The Agri-food sector is tied to food and national security. Regardless of the circumstances, the degree of economic justification, and territorial readiness, all governments are investing to make sure that at least they could meet the local demand. But challenges in front of the Agri-food sector making this difficult. The suggested solution is collaborative multi-actor approach-based agriculture, which could be reached by utilizing emerging technologies. Smart or Precise agriculture are not new concepts, but most of the cases are still demonstration and not feasible on a large scale. In this paper, the concept of “Collaborative Multi-Actor Approach based Digital Agriculture” (CMDA) would be discussed from different perspectives, and the architecture of technology, business challenges of Implementation, and the Impacts would be analysed. The output will provide a framework of “Collaborative Digital Agriculture” as a solution for the European Farm to Fork strategy.
