This is a program to strengthen cooperation between Europe and Latin America at the level of higher education, through postgraduate studies and high-level higher training for professionals/managerial staff from Latin America in institutions or centers of the European Union. The scholarship was granted for a period of 36 months for the full development of the PhD at the University of Minho in Portugal.
