The scholarships support the carrying out of research, in Portugal, in the fields of literature, history and art history, with a view to publishing a scientific article, a publication or part of a publication, an academic thesis or part of an academic thesis. The scholarship was granted for a period of 9 months for the development of a PhD at the University of Minho.
