Research interests

Paulo Rita holds a PhD in Marketing (Cardiff University, UK), a Post-Doctorate in E-Marketing (University of Nevada Las Vegas, United States), and is Professor of Marketing at ISCTE Business School (IBS), Lisbon – Portugal. Dr. Rita is a member of NOVA IMS Research and Development Center (MagIC) and a member of the Behavior, Emotion and Cognition group of CIS-IUL Research Center. He is Director of the PhD in Marketing of ISCTE-IUL, Director of the Master in Hospitality and Tourism Management (dual degree with University of Central Florida, Orlando, United States), and a member of the Executive Committee of EMAC (European Marketing Academy). His areas of scientific research interest and expertise are in: Digital, Social Media & Mobile Marketing; Electronic Commerce & Marketing Analytics; Consumer Behavior & Neuroscience; Tourism Marketing.
