Guest lecturer in Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto, Portugal, (FLUP/UP) - in African Studies and International Relationships, History and Development Cooperation MA courses - and in Universidade Católica Portuguesa in the post-graduation course on Development Cooperation.  PhD student in Modern History in Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas/Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal (Nova/FCSH), he has a MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Portugal. Researcher at the Instituto de História Contemporânea (IHC) of Nova/FCSH and board member at the Centro de Estudos Africanos da Universidade do Porto (CEAUP), with a certificate of “Advanced Studies “in African Studies from FLUP/UP. His research focuses are political history, socialism, labour movement and labour parties in the early 20th century. From 2011 to 2014 he was the editor of CEAUP’s  journal “Africana Studia”.
