Research interests

Luis Filipe Lages (www.lflages.com) is Professor of Marketing, Innovation and International Business at Nova School of Business and Economics. He received his PhD from Warwick Business School and conducted post-doctoral research at MIT Sloan School of Management and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He was a Visiting Scholar at London Business School and at MIT Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation. More recently, he was an International Faculty Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Among many others, he has published in the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Retailing, Journal of International Marketing, International Marketing Review, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, and International Business Review. He is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Marketing and International Marketing Review, among others.

He teaches Marketing, International Marketing, Innovation Management, Marketing in a Dynamic World, and New Product Development at Nova SBE.

He served as academic director of the Undergraduate Programs at Nova SBE and co-director of the PhD Program in Management.

Current research interests include: International business; international marketing strategy, export performance; innovation management; measurement of intangibles.
